SIEV, Società Italiana di Estimo e Valutazione, (Italian Society of Appraisal and Valuation) is an association whose members are drawn from academia and the profession at large, both involved in real estate valuation and real estate investments. SIEV is dedicated to developing and disseminating activities and knowledge related to real estate valuation in the fields of architecture, civil, building environmental and territorial engineering. Members are divided into “effective members” and “ordinary members”. SIEV organizes conferences and seminars to discuss real estate valuation topics of specific technical and scientific interests. SIEV publishes, with the help of an International Scientific Committee, the biannual Journal “Valori e Valutazioni. Teorie ed Esperienze”, edited by DEI.
